8 oz. ground turkey white meat

2 large romaine lettuce leaf

1 cup carrot (julienned)

½ cup red onion (diced small)

½ cup Nayonaise (soy mayonnaise)

1 tbsp GF ketchup

1 gherkin pickle (minced)

½ tsp cumin

Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

2 tbsp canola oil




Heat a medium size sauté pan to medium high heat and add the oil. In a small bowl, combine the turkey, cumin and salt & pepper to taste and form a burger patty. Add the patty to the pan and sauté on each side for 3 minutes per side and remove from pan.

In a small bowl combine the soy mayonnaise, pickle and ketchup and combine well.

Slice the burger into 4 sliced. Open the leaf of lettuce and add ½ half of the carrot and onion. Then add two slices of the burger and generous amount of dressing and fold the lettuce closed. Repeat this process with other lettuce leaf and serve!
