Eating For Energy

Let Gini show you a safe, healthy approach to increasing your energy level throughout the day! You will learn what to eat and when to eat in order to maximize both physical and mental energy. Gini has created sample meal plans for energy that are included in the program. You can also discuss natural supplements that will give your body the energy it needs.

Controlling Diabetes

This program is an easy to follow approach to balancing blood sugar levels.  Gini will do a full nutritional evaluation to assess your individual needs, goals and lifestyle. You will then start to make gradual changes in your diet that suit your lifestyle. Everything is done one step at a time, to keep it manageable. Gini can also prescribe nutritional supplements as needed.

Building Your Immune System

Does your immune system need a boost? It isn’t easy to measure immune system health. Here’s a personal quiz to gage your immune status – If you answer yes to 2 or more of these questions, your immune system is probably sluggish:
