Ingredients:

8oz. fresh pineapple (no canned!)

½ cup plain yogurt (either regular or dairy- free)

2 tangerines (seedless, peeled)

2 tbsp raw honey

3 tbsp toasted coconut flakes (1tb. Saved for garnish)

6 ice cubes

 

Directions:

Add all ingredients less 1 tbsp of coconut to your blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a tall milkshake glass, top with toasted coconut and serve!
