½ tsp butter or soy butter 2 tbsp chopped tomato
¼ cup sliced cauliflower dash Italian seasoning
¼ cup sliced broccoli
2 slices Spanish onion 1 corn tortilla
Put the butter, cauliflower, onion and broccoli in a small microwave-safe bowl, cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in onions, tomatoes, Italian seasoning. Spoon the mixture on to the corn tortilla.
