Butternut Squash Recipe:


Remove the skin, just use the “meat” right above the seed pocket. Cut the “meat” into about 1″ cubes. Add to microwave safe Pyrex dish w/cover. Add 2 tbsp of ghee, 1 tbsp cinnamon and an optional tbsp of raw honey. Cook for 13 minutes on high. Use a ricer to mash to desired consistency and serve!
