* Bring healthy snacks and meals to work and/or school.It is extremely important to eat healthy foods throughout the day. Avoid situations where there is nothing healthy for you to eat. Snacking is an effective way to fit extra nutrients into your diet and prevent overeating at mealtimes. Your nutritionist will provide healthy snacking ideas that will help you achieve your weight loss goals.

 

 

  • Do Not skip meals.We all know losing weight, and subsequently maintaining it, is no easy task. To help you increase your odds of success and shed the unwanted pounds ask your nutritionist for a list of foods you should incorporate into your diet.

 

* Start a regular exercise program. Choose a few types of aerobic exercises that you enjoy and do them 4-6 days per week.
